NOTICE OF RACE Patriots Day Regatta

The organizing Authority for this event is the Pensacola Beach Yacht Club (PBYC) and will be governed by the current (20 Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), the prescriptions of US Sailing, and the 2017 Pensacola Bay Sailing Instructions, except as modified by this Notice of Race and or Sailing Instructions published for this event.

CLASSES
Classes will be decided based on participants. A class options will be; PHRF Spinnaker and PHRF Non-Spinnaker and Catamarans and Trimarans. A minimum of three entries are required to make a class. Class divisions will be announced at the Skipper’s Meeting, or on the water the day of the race. Scratch sheets will be provided as available.Minimum of 5 entries to constitute a regatta.

COURSE’S
Course’s will be posted before the warning signal of planned races off the stern of the committee boat.

Entries may be submitted via email, by mail, or at the Skippers’ Meeting but must be received by the entry deadline of 1050, Saturday July 1, 2017. Mailed entries should be sent to Pensacola Beach Yacht Club, PO Box 1112, Gulf Breeze, FL, 32562.
Cost of the Regatta is $30.00.
